The September Leadership Huddle continued with the theme of the June 2021 Leadership Huddle were Dr. Tom Kolditz introduced Adult Development Theory (ADT). According to one of the pioneers of ADT, Dr. Robert Kegan out of Harvard, “becoming an adult isn’t about learning new things (adding things to the ‘container’ of the mind), it’s about transformation—changing the way we know and understand the world (changing the actual form of our ‘container’). It’s growing our mental complexity.”
