The November Leadership Huddle continued with exploring the Adult Development Matrix (ADM.) The ADM is the three processes needed to develop our mental complexity and move up the Adult Development Map. Our featured presenter was Coach Macky Bergman the CEO of a nonprofit in NYC called Steady Buckets. Some Rice staff had an opportunity to meet Coach Macky at a recent Leadership Academy, and immediately knew he was a leader we wanted to introduce to the Rice community.
